Principal AI Architect

What You'll Do

• Own and architect end-to-end AI/ML systems (data model production monitoring)
• Build and scale GenAI-powered products on a low-code/automation platform
• Design robust MLOps pipelines (CI/CD, versioning, retraining, monitoring)
• Deploy models as scalable APIs/services with high performance
• Work closely with product & engineering to solve real business problems
• Mentor teams and drive architecture decisions

What We're Looking For

• 12+ years in AI/ML with strong hands-on system design & deployment experience
• Proven track record of building AI products from scratch (01)
• Strong experience in Python + ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, etc.)
• Solid understanding of data pipelines, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker/K8s
• Hands-on with LLMs / GenAI (RAG, fine-tuning, vector DBs)

Not a Fit If

• You've only worked on POCs or research models
• You haven't deployed models into production
• You rely heavily on other teams for implementation
