Job Description

  • Design AI models and frameworks for pharmaceutical applications.
  • Collaborate with analytics and research teams to identify AI-driven opportunities.
  • Develop and optimise machine learning algorithms for data analysis.
  • Ensure the scalability and reliability of AI solutions.
  • Stay updated on AI trends and apply them to improve processes.
  • Provide technical guidance to team members on AI projects.
  • Oversee the deployment and integration of AI tools into existing systems.
  • Maintain documentation for AI architectures and solutions.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10-18 years in software / AI engineering with production AI experience
  • Expertise in LLM systems, agentic systems, and multi-agent architectures
  • Hands-on with RAG, vector databases, LangGraph, Python, distributed systems, and API orchestration
  • Preferred exposure to fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, memory systems, and cognitive architectures
  • Proven track record of systems built in production
