Principal Account Technology Strategist

Key Responsibilities

• Provide deep technical expertise across the Citrix platform and associated solutions.
• Identify and map customer business challenges to appropriate Citrix solutions.
• Develop and articulate compelling business value propositions.
• Lead technical discovery, workshops, and executive-level presentations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical briefings (remote and onsite).
• Design and deliver complex, multi-product proof-of-concept environments.
• Overcome technical and competitive objections to accelerate the sales cycle.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in assigned accounts.
• Serve as an external evangelist for Citrix vision and emerging technologies.
• Align and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Provide timely account updates, CRM documentation, and internal reporting.
• Contribute to go-to-market initiatives and influence opportunities beyond assigned accounts.
• Maintain strong competitive positioning knowledge and articulate differentiation effectively.
