Programme Overview
Peepul runs three Exemplar Schools in partnership with the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD). These schools serve as high-engagement learning labs that demonstrate what effective, scalable public education can look like. Since our first school transformation in 2015 through a Public-Private Partnership, we've seen strong improvements in enrolment, learning outcomes, and community trust. Today, these schools support 1,500+ students and continue to inform and strengthen all our education programs.
About the Role

They take full ownership of students learning and well-being, deliver structured and engaging lessons, and work closely with parents and colleagues to ensure every child makes meaningful progress.
