Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Primary Teacher role located in Sholinganallur. The Primary Teacher will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging lesson plans that align with innovative curriculum standards. Responsibilities include teaching core elementary subjects, assessing and tracking student progress, fostering a curiosity-driven environment, and working collaboratively with a team to support individual learning needs. The candidate will also be tasked with engaging students in activities that promote physical, social, and intellectual development.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Curriculum Development and Teaching methodologies
• Experience in Elementary Education
• Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues
• A degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification is highly valuable
• Passion for innovative and student-centered teaching practices
• Commitment to nurturing the overall development, creativity, and curiosity of students
• Experience in integrating technology into teaching is a plus
• Knowledge of modern educational techniques and an adaptable teaching style
