Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Primary Political Research Analyst to conduct original, firsthand research in the political domain. The candidate will collect data through surveys, interviews, field observations, and other primary research methods to support strategic decision-making. The role requires flexibility to travel across locations for fieldwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct primary research including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and field observations.
- Collect accurate and reliable political data from voters, party workers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on political events, campaigns, rallies, and voter sentiment.
- Analyze collected data and present actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
- Maintain proper documentation and databases of research findings.
- Collaborate with senior analysts to design research methodologies and frameworks.
- Ensure high standards of accuracy, credibility, and ethical research practices.
Required Qualifications
- Masters / Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Sociology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of political systems, elections, and governance.
- Hands-on experience in primary research techniques like surveys, interviews, and fieldwork.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for field research and data collection.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Political Science, Public Policy, or related field.
- Experience in political consulting, field research, or election campaigns.
- Familiarity with data collection tools and analysis software.
