We are looking for qualified and enthusiastic Lady professionals for the following position:

Junior Academic Coordinator – Balvatika to Grade 2

Responsibilities:

Candidate should be well proficient with CBSE (NEP) guidelines.

• Academic coordination and smooth implementation of the Foundational Stage curriculum
• Strong understanding of NEP 2020, NCF-FS and competency-based learning
• Guidance and mentoring of teachers in play-based, experiential and activity-based pedagogy
• Monitoring of lesson planning, classroom practices, learning outcomes and student progress
• Planning and implementation of Holistic Progress Card (HPC) and holistic assessment practices
• Effective documentation, data analysis and academic follow-up
• Coordination of assessments, activities, parent communication and academic events
• Strong leadership, communication, organisation and team-management skills

Eligibility: Relevant qualifications and experience in early years/primary education and academic coordination will be preferred.(10 years)
