Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Support sales teams with accurate quotation preparation
Ensure correctness of product selection, pricing structure, and documentation in quotes
Maintain up-to-date pipeline data and generate basic reports for internal reviews
Assist in product demand forecasting using pipeline data, historical trends, and sales inputs
Support monthly and quarterly forecast planning aligned with procurement and inventory needs
Coordinate with internal stakeholders including sales, applications, and operations teams
Maintain high attention to detail while working with spreadsheets, CRM tools, and internal systems
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple products and timelines
Develop strong understanding of professional audio product portfolio, including specifications, applications, and positioning
Build working knowledge of product configuration based on project and customer requirements
