Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Export Pricing & Customer Service Executive with a strong background in freight forwarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle export RFQs, freight quotations and rate negotiations.

• Coordinate with shipping lines, co-loaders and overseas agents.

• Manage FCL/LCL pricing, costing and margin control.

• Handle customer queries, booking follow-ups and shipment updates.

• Coordinate with Sales, Operations and Documentation teams.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Export Pricing / Freight Forwarding.

• Strong knowledge of FCL/LCL, freight rates and shipping procedures.

• Good communication, negotiation and MS Excel skills.

• Proactive, disciplined and customer-focused.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
