Operating at a global scale, the team is focused on responsible value creation—optimizing pricing strategies, strengthening portfolio decisions, and enabling customer‑centric, data‑driven outcomes that support sustainable and profitable growth.
What You Will Do
- Process and validate Ship & Debit (S&D) claims, ensuring compliance with approved pricing programs, policies, and eligibility criteria
- Review and reconcile distributor POS, claims, and inventory data to ensure accuracy and alignment across systems
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and claim variances by coordinating with distributors and internal stakeholders (Pricing, Sales, Finance, etc.)
- Maintain and monitor claim lifecycle activities, including submission, validation, approval, and closure within defined SLAs
- Prepare and deliver standard reports and dashboards related to claims status, distributor performance, POS trends, and inventory insights
- Identify risk areas such as revenue leakage, duplicate claims, or data inconsistencies, and escalate as needed
- Support channel management activities, including distributor onboarding, data governance, and compliance tracking for S&D programs
- Contribute to process standardization, documentation, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround times
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering , Supply Chain, or a related field
- 2–6 years of experience in distribution operations, pricing, claims processing, or commercial operations
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data reconciliation and reporting
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced), data analysis tools, and reporting systems (e.g., Power BI, SAP, or similar)
- Good understanding of Ship & Debit processes, pricing programs, and distributor channel management is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets with accuracy
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience working with distributor POS and claims data in a high-volume environment
- Exposure to process improvement and automation (VBA, Power Query, dashboards, etc.)
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
