Job Overview:
The role is for a strategic and detailoriented Team Lead for overseeing countryspecific pricing and reimbursement reports, guiding analysts and writers to deliver highquality content. The role requires strong expertise in global healthcare, pharmaceutical policy, and market access, along with team mentoring, quality oversight, and continuous improvement of reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead endtoend delivery of syndicated and custom pricing/reimbursement projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely execution.
- Coordinate resources and collaborate across teams to deliver clear, impactful content aligned with client needs.
- Mentor and guide team members on pricing, reimbursement, HTA concepts, and content development workflows.
- Ensure high standards in data interpretation, report writing, communication, and delivery of clientfacing outputs.
- Drive team development through coaching, performance management, and fostering a growthoriented, continuously improving work environment.
Technical Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare, biopharma, market research, insights, or analytics, with direct pharmaceutical industry exposure.
- Proven team leadership, including mentoring, coaching, and managing crossfunctional global teams.
- Deep expertise in International Pricing & Market Access (PMA), with desirable additional experience in forecasting, clinical development, regulatory affairs, access, or medical writing.
- Strong project management, clientfacing skills, and the ability to interpret insights into clear, compelling narratives.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, problemsolving ability, adaptability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Educational Qualification: Graduate or postgraduate degree in Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or related fields; advanced degrees preferred.
