BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
The Data Analyst will support the Pricing Enablement Supervisor and collaborate with the Senior Director of Pricing and Customer Insight to analyze pricing trends and performance across various Lines of Business (LOB), regions, and customer clusters. This role involves utilizing existing Pricing Intelligence tools to provide insights that drive effective pricing strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of pricing data using Pricing Intelligence tools.
- Identify and report relevant pricing leakages.
- Assist in the development of standard and custom dashboards for pricing performance overview, segmented by LOB, region, customer cluster, and selling motions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and implementation of pricing optimization tools.
- Help disseminate information regarding pricing tools and report enhancements.
- Support testing and validation efforts to ensure alignment with pricing strategies.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Assist in functional design and process mapping related to pricing analytics.
- Document solutions and insights gathered from data analyses.
- Collaborate with team members on pricing-related AI and automation projects.
- Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, providing feedback and support to ensure effective use of pricing tools.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Computer Science, Business).
- At least 2 years of experience working with large data sets, including data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with pricing metrics and their measurement.
- Proficiency in Power BI, ETL, SQL, Excel, and Python.
- Basic understanding of algorithms and statistical models.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English.
