Fretlog is looking for a Pricing Executive to join our team in Pune.

If you have experience in pricing operations and enjoy working with data, market analysis, and strategic decision-making while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, vendors, service providers, and overseas agents to obtain and update pricing.
• Prepare and share rate quotations for client inquiries and RFQs.
• Support negotiations and margin discussions in coordination with the sales team.
• Ensure timely communication of approved rates to internal teams and clients.
• Maintain pricing reports and related documentation.
• Assist in cost optimization initiatives to improve profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding pricing
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Accountable and committed to delivering high-quality results.
• High level of integrity, honesty, and openness.
• Creative problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
• Preferably maintaining an active customer portfolio and strong commercial relationships with shipping lines and key logistics stakeholders.
