Role Purpose -

The responsibilities we entrust you with -
- Own and evolve our pricing strategy for acquiring new merchants or retention
- Execute price plans end to end from price plan creation to merchant offer to deal approval & post deployment evaluation
- Analyse transaction data to uncover insights and improve margins
- Collaborate with product, sales, and ops to build/ enhance pricing models
- Track market trends, competitor pricing, and regulatory shifts
- Build dashboards/ tools that help us stay sharp in pricing impact & optimisation
What matters in this role -
- 3+ years in business finance, pricing, or strategy roles
- Experience in cost benefit analysis for new pricing deals
- Familiarity with MDR, interchange, and transaction cost structures a plus
- Hands-on with Excel; SQL, Power BI/Tableau experience preferred
- Startup mindset agile, curious, and ready to hustle
