Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pricing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of the Order to Cash (OTC) process and experience in utilizing SAP systems. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of orders and process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers, commercial teams, and markets to ensure orders are delivered as per the expected timelines.
- Engage with the Supply Chain and Market teams to work collaboratively on process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Support team members and manage accounts in their absence.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Take complete ownership of activities and maintain high accountability in delivering tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
- Demonstrate flexibility in various situations without compromising integrity.
Requirements:
- College or university degree required.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient English language skills.
- Solid PC literacy with strong Excel skills.
- Experience in a Finance or Accounts Receivable role.
- Knowledge and experience in the STC process and Pricing & Contract Invoice Operation.
- System skills, specifically SAP Order to Cash knowledge.
Required Skills:
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral.
- Excellent computer skills with strong MS Office knowledge, including advanced Excel.
- Prior work experience in Order to Cash or Purchase to Pay areas.
- Experience in OTC processes.
- SAP experience is preferred.
