We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Analyst to support both commercial pricing strategy and financial analysis for new and existing business opportunities. The role will be responsible for developing pricing solutions, evaluating commercial opportunities, performing financial modeling, and supporting value expansion initiatives across client portfolios. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with business acumen to help drive profitable growth and support strategic decision-making.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and evaluate commercial pricing strategies for new business opportunities, renewals, and value expansion initiatives
  • Prepare pricing analyses, financial models, and commercial proposals to support business development and sales opportunities
  • Conduct detailed cost, revenue, margin, and profitability analyses to determine competitive and profitable pricing recommendations
  • Support RFQ, RFP, and contract pricing activities by partnering with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Finance teams
  • Build and maintain pricing models that balance customer requirements, market competitiveness, and company profitability objectives
  • Perform financial evaluations including NPV, IRR, Payback Period, EBIT, Revenue, Margin, Profit and Cash Flow analysis
  • Analyze current pricing structures and identify opportunities to improve profitability, margins, and revenue growth
  • Prepare business cases and scenario analyses for commercial and strategic decision-making
  • Support contract renewals, customer negotiations, and pricing reviews by providing data-driven recommendations
  • Partner with Pricing leadership, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure alignment of commercial and financial objectives
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements within the Pricing & Finance organization
  • Prepare presentations and communicate pricing recommendations and financial insights to management and business stakeholders

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • ls Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field MBA/PGDBA will be a plus
  • 3–5 years of experience in Commercial Pricing, Strategic Pricing, Finance, FP&A, Business Finance, Bid Management, or Financial Analysis
  • Strong understanding of commercial pricing methodologies, profitability analysis, and financial modeling
  • Experience supporting RFP/RFQ processes, customer pricing proposals, and contract renewals preferred
  • Knowledge of pricing concepts including Cost-plus Pricing, Value-based Pricing, Market-based Pricing, Margin Optimization, and Pricing Strategy Development
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Salesforce, or similar analytics tools is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
