We are a growing short-term rental business in Chicago. Our mission is to provide guests with top-tier experiences while maximizing returns for our portfolio. We're now seeking a Revenue Manager who can take ownership of pricing, occupancy optimization, and data-driven revenue growth.
This is a full-time, remote opportunity for a Pricing Analyst. In this role, you will analyze market trends, develop pricing strategies, and track financial and revenue performance for our clients. Whether you're seasoned or new to the field, if you're analytical, data-focused, and passionate about hospitality and pricing strategy, we'd love to hear from you!Manage dynamic pricing and availability using Price Labs, with training provided for junior team members.
Analyze key performance indicators such as occupancy rates, average daily rate (ADR), booking pacing, and market trends.
Assist in creating annual revenue forecasts for new property listings and market entries.
Modify pricing strategies to optimally balance maximizing revenue and occupancy levels.
Create and maintain detailed reports utilizing Google Sheets and Excel for data tracking and analysis.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to effectively communicate pricing recommendations and insights.
Candidates with 2 to 5 years of practical experience in pricing will be preferred.
Familiarity with pricing tools like Price Labs, airdna is considered a significant advantage.
Strong analytical abilities combined with expertise in pricing and financial analysis are essential.
Excellent communication skills are required to facilitate effective collaboration and reporting.
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, along with strong analytical skills, is necessary.
Good written and verbal English communication skills are also important.
