Job Description
To operate CNC Press Brake Bending Machines efficiently and produce sheet metal components as per engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Press Brake Bending Machines (Delem / Hindustan / Ermak).
- Perform sheet metal bending operations as per engineering drawings.
- Set up machines, select suitable tools, punches, and dies.
- Understand and interpret technical drawings and bending dimensions.
- Perform machine setting, parameter adjustments, and program corrections.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments.
- Monitor production quality and achieve daily production targets.
- Identify and report machine abnormalities and breakdowns.
- Follow 5S, safety procedures, and preventive maintenance practices.
- Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to minimize rejection and rework.
Technical Skills
- CNC Press Brake Machine Operation
- .Delem CNC Controller knowledge
- .Hindustan / Ermak Press Brake machine experience
- .Knowledge of sheet metal bending processes
- .Ability to read engineering drawings
- .Knowledge of vernier caliper, measuring tape, and angle measurement
- .Knowledge of machine setting and tooling selection
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in sheet metal bending operation
- s.Experience in automotive or manufacturing industries preferre
- d.Hands-on experience in CNC Press Brake machine
