President – Production (Cement Manufacturing Industry)

Lead operation and control of process parameters of Kiln, Raw Mill, Coal Mill, and Cement Mill.

Ensure achievement of production targets at optimum cost with zero accident performance.

Supervise refractory installation for Kiln, Cooler, and Preheater during shutdowns.

Conduct daily analysis of production throughput, quality deviations, and power consumption; implement corrective action plans.

Oversee material & heat balance of kiln systems, vertical mills, and airflow monitoring across preheaters.

Drive raw mix design preparation aligned with kiln behavior to ensure best quality cement.

Plan weekly and monthly production schedules aligned with dispatch and budget targets.

Optimize grinding systems including ball mills and VRM for improved efficiency and reduced power consumption.

Lead breakdown analysis, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance strategies.

Ensure compliance with BIS, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and EHS standards.

Manage XRF/XRD calibration and laboratory operations for quality control.

Drive sustainability initiatives including carbon footprint reduction and green cement production.

Oversee budgeting, cost optimization, CAPEX planning, and efficient resource utilization.

Lead system implementation, ERP (SAP PP) usage, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop and mentor plant leadership teams; manage recruitment, training, and performance appraisals.

Represent plant operations in strategic discussions with stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
