About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Presenter / Writer to join our content team. This position combines on-camera presentation, scriptwriting, and operational support. The role requires someone who can anchor segments with authority while also Write, edit, and refine scripts for interviews, and digital segments.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Camera Presentation & Anchoring

Serve as the Presenter/Anchor for assigned segments (Fluency in Hindi Mandatory).

Deliver content with clarity, credibility, and strong audience connect.

Maintain on-screen professionalism aligned with the brand tone and editorial direction.

Scriptwriting & Content Development (Mandatory)

Write, edit, and refine scripts for interviews, and digital segments.

Translate editorial ideas into compelling, structured scripts suitable for on-camera delivery.

Coordinate with the editorial team to ensure factual accuracy and narrative flow.

Content Operations & Team Support

Assist the Senior Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing daily content operations.

Coordinate with production, editorial, and digital teams to ensure smooth workflows.

Track deliverables, timelines, and publishing schedules across platforms.

Production Coordination

Work closely with producers, editors, and technical teams during shoots and post-production.

Ensure readiness of scripts, briefs, and formats before production.

Act as a bridge between creative intent and operational execution.

Digital Publishing & Performance Monitoring

Support publishing of content across digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.).

Monitor basic performance metrics and share insights for content improvement.

Ensure consistency in messaging and presentation across platforms.

Eligibility & Requirements:

Fluency in Hindi (Mandatory)

35 years of professional experience as a Presenter, Anchor, or similar on-camera role.

Mandatory scriptwriting experience for broadcast or digital formats (In Hindi).

Strong command over Hindi language, storytelling, and on-camera delivery.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven content environment.

Ability to take ownership while also functioning as a strong second-in-command to the Senior Manager.

Familiarity with digital-first content ecosystems is an advantage.
