This leadership role will require to lead and drive world-class advertising, creative and studio deliverables working with global brands and agency leaders. Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and creative Presentation Design Specialist to develop streamlined, innovative PowerPoint presentations that support our internal teams and client-facing projects. You will collaborate with consultants, project managers, and subject matter experts to transform complex pharmaceutical and life sciences content into clear, visually compelling narratives that adhere to our brand and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use (proposals, project updates, workshops, conference decks, training, and executive briefings)
• Translate complex insights into clear visual stories (diagrams, process flows, data visuals, and infographics)
• Apply and evolve brand guidelines, templates, and slide libraries; ensure visual and messaging consistency across decks
• Create data-driven visuals and charts using client-provided datasets; ensure accuracy and clarity in visualizations
• Partner closely with consulting teams to refine narratives, structure content, and streamline slides for impact
• Conduct quality control for formatting, layout, and data integrity; implement feedback quickly and accurately
• Manage multiple requests concurrently; prioritize deadlines and communicate status proactively
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality, data privacy, and applicable promotional/regulatory norms in pharma
• Contribute to continuous improvement of presentation processes, toolkits, and best practices

Knowledge and Skill Required

• 3-5 years of professional experience in presentation/visual design, creative services, or marketing communications; consulting or life sciences experience preferred
• Advanced PowerPoint skills (master slides, templates, animations, section structuring, slide transitions, and accessibility)
• Strong visual design fundamentals (layout, hierarchy, typography, color theory, and white space)
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent tools
• Excellent attention to detail, grammar, and formatting; strong stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment across time zones
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Familiarity with regulatory and promotional review considerations for pharma materials
• Experience with visual storytelling for workshops, journey maps, process flows, and frameworks
• Experience with collaborative and ticketing tools (e.g., Teams/SharePoint)

Shift -

6.30 pm to 3.30 am (IST) First Month

2.00 pm to 11.00 pm (IST) Second Month onwards
