Primary Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Develop and maintain high-quality marketing materials Create, update, and enhance a wide range of marketing collateral, including presentations, client reports, and product materials, ensuring they are accurate, and audience-appropriate.

· Execute ad hoc marketing initiatives Manage and deliver on special projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.

· Ensure rigorous quality control and brand consistency

o Uphold the highest standards for accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all materials

o Ensure adherence to firm-wide style guidelines and brand standards

o Perform detailed copy-editing and fact-checking of product and marketing collateral

· Manage compliance and approval processes Navigate and coordinate approval workflows to ensure all materials meet legal and compliance requirements prior to external distribution.

· Foster cross-functional collaboration Establish and maintain strong working relationships across investment, sales, and marketing teams to drive alignment and efficiency.

· Contribute to strategic messaging and positioning Partner with marketing colleagues and Client Portfolio Managers to develop innovative and impactful ways to communicate key product messages to diverse client audiences.

Qualifications & Skills

· Strong organizational and project management capabilities Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

· Analytical and solutions-oriented mindset Proactive problem solver who identifies opportunities for improvement and takes ownership of implementing solutions.

· Industry knowledge Solid understanding of investment concepts, asset classes, and the asset management industry.

· Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on delivering high-quality work.

· Collaborative team player Demonstrated success building relationships and working effectively with investment professionals, sales teams, and cross-functional partners.

· Technical proficiency Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, including the creation of presentations, charts, and data visualization. Design skills is a plus.

· Project management and systems experience (preferred) Familiarity with marketing workflow and CRM tools such as Workfront, Seismic, and Salesforce is a plus.

Basic Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree required

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively

· 2–3 years of relevant experience in product marketing or a similar role within asset management or financial services
