About the RoleWe are looking for a highly detail-oriented Presentation Designer with experience working on consulting-style decks (e.g., Bain, BCG, McKinsey, or similar environments).
This role is focused on creating clear, structured, and visually sharp presentations that communicate complex ideas with precision. You will work on high-stakes decks where clarity, hierarchy, and storytelling matter as much as design.
What You'll DoDesign high-quality presentations (PowerPoint / Google Slides) with consulting-level polish
Translate complex ideas, data, and documents into clear, structured slide narratives
Build logical slide flows (storylining), not just individual slides
Create clean layouts, charts, infographics, and frameworks
Ensure consistency in formatting, alignment, and visual standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine messaging and structure
Turn rough notes or drafts into client-ready presentations
What We're Looking ForRequiredExperience designing presentations in a consulting, strategy, or similar high-standard environment
Strong command of PowerPoint (advanced level expected)
Excellent understanding of slide structuring, storylining, and visual hierarchy
Ability to simplify complex business concepts into clear slides
High attention to detail (formatting, alignment, consistency)
Ability to work independently and deliver under tight timelines
Strongly PreferredPrior experience working with or for top consulting firms such as Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group, or McKinsey & Company
Experience working on pitch decks, strategy decks, or client-facing presentations
Familiarity with consulting frameworks and structured thinking
Experience with tools like Figma, Illustrator, or other design software
