Key Responsibilities
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for large datasets.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on customer behavior, campaigns, and marketing performance.
- Translate business requirements into data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Build impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI / Excel.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and handle end-to-end analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and clearly communicate findings.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong expertise in SQL (advanced level).
- Proficiency in Python, Excel, and Power BI.
- Hands-on experience in Customer & Marketing Analytics.
- Prior Retail industry experience (mandatory).
- Experience in CRM & Loyalty domain.
- Background in Campaign Analytics.
