• Strong understanding of early childhood development
• Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
• Creative lesson planning abilities
• Patience, warmth, and positive classroom energy
• Ability to create a safe and joyful learning environment
• Relevant qualifications (NTT / ECCEd / B.Ed. preferred)
