Key Deliverables:

• Drive joyful learning experiences aligned with early childhood pedagogy
• Maintain detailed records of each child's progress, behavior, and interests
• Support safe and nurturing classroom environments
• Ensure timely communication with parents and coordinate classroom events

• Collaborate with peers to plan lessons and organize school functions
• Uphold the school's mission, values, and culture
• Participate in training and development initiatives
• Track and report significant child health or emotional concerns to the Principal
