This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Teacher at Right Step Preschool in Tambaram. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for day-to-day tasks involving lesson planning, curriculum development, early childhood education, communication, and kindergarten activities. They will create engaging and inclusive educational experiences for young learners to foster their development and love for learning.

• Lesson Planning, Curriculum Development, and Early Childhood Education skills
• Strong communication skills to engage with young learners and parents
• Familiarity with Kindergarten activities and programs
• Passion for creating inclusive and positive learning environments
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
• Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude
• Experience working with preschool-aged children
• Relevant certifications or degrees in Early Childhood Education or related field
