Role Description The Preschool Teacher role at Mindseed Education is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The teacher will facilitate immersive, child-centered learning experiences, guiding children through daily activities that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Responsibilities include planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons, implementing the Mindseed curriculum, observing and documenting learner progress, and maintaining a safe, engaging classroom environment. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues and families, participate in ongoing training, and use observation and data to personalize learning for each child. The role also involves regular communication with parents or guardians to share progress and reinforce learning at home.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten teaching practices.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for interaction with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or Education is preferred.
  • Prior experience working with preschool or kindergarten-age children is beneficial.
  • Ability to create nurturing, inclusive, and safe learning environments.
  • Comfort with using basic educational technology and digital tools in the classroom.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, reflective practice, and data-informed teaching.
