Preschool Teacher

Designation: Early Years Facilitator/Teacher.

Reporting to: Centre Head/School Director

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (any stream) and Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Education (NTT, Montessori, ECE, CIDTT/CIDTL trained)

Experience: 1 year of relevant teaching experience in the Early Years domain.

Work Timings Any 9 hours (Based on the school requirement)

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a nurturing personality, and the ability to engage children in meaningful, play-based learning experiences while serving as a role model for colleagues and an active partner with parents.

Main Responsibilities

* Lead classroom operations with responsibility for planning, preparing, and delivering age appropriate lessons.

* Foster holistic developmentcognitive, language, social, emotional, and physicalthrough innovative and engaging teaching strategies.

* Inculcate the habit of community dining and facilitate healthy eating habits and etiquettes along with resting routines that contribute to children's life skills.

* Maintain a safe, orderly, and positive environment, inculcating good values and life skills.

* Observe, assess, and document children's progress, and share feedback with parents regularly.

* Integrate technology and modern tools into teaching and learning.
