Role Description The Preschool Teacher will design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for young children in line with Kidzonia's experience-based philosophy. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting lessons, facilitating play-based and experiential activities, managing classroom routines, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment. The teacher will observe and document children's progress, communicate regularly with families about development, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and classroom practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, requiring active participation in school events, parent interactions, and staff meetings.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to create structured, engaging, and age-appropriate learning activities.
• Candidates should possess knowledge and experience in Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten-level teaching to support holistic child development.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Preschool Education, or a related field are preferred.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include classroom management skills, proficiency in English and local languages, patience, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
