Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Magarpatta Pune for a Preschool Teacher at Beginners World Preschool. The Preschool Teacher will design and implement engaging lesson plans, deliver age-appropriate instruction to children aged 1.5 to 6 years, and create a supportive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic development. Additionally, the teacher will collaborate with parents and staff to ensure holistic growth for each child, while adhering to the school's curriculum and policies.
Qualifications
- Experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
- Knowledge of Early Childhood Education methodologies and practices
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience teaching in a Kindergarten or preschool environment
- Ability to foster a nurturing and inclusive environment for young learners
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred
- Passion for working with children and promoting their growth and development
