We're looking for a dynamic Presales Technical Consultant to join our team and play a key role in supporting sales through strong technical expertise and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive cross-sells, and upgrades.
• Explore new markets and potential clients based on product fit and industry insights.
• Work closely with end clients, channel partners, system integrator, and consultants.
• Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and solution comparisons.
• Lead and mentor a team of L1 engineers when required.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure and current technology trends.
• Proficiency in Windows, Linux, Mac OS, Android, and iOS platforms.
• Good knowledge of Software/hardware, antivirus, DLP, MDM, and remote technologies.
• Ability to analyze, compare, and recommend technical solutions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer success.
