We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Pre-Sales Manager to lead and drive our pre-sales function. This role will be responsible for managing a team of Pre-Sales Executives, ensuring high-quality lead engagement, optimizing conversion funnels, and delivering a seamless customer experience from first touchpoint to site visit. The ideal candidate should bring strong leadership capabilities along with deep expertise in CRM management, lead lifecycle, reporting, and process optimization within the real estate domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Pre-Sales Executives to achieve lead conversion and site visit targets.
- Oversee the end-to-end lead lifecycle from lead generation to site visit scheduling.
- Ensure effective lead qualification based on budget, location, and buying intent.
- Implement structured follow-up strategies to improve conversion ratios.
- Ensure strict adherence to CRM processes, including accurate data entry, lead tracking, and status updates.
- Optimize workflows and establish SOPs for efficient lead handling and customer engagement.
- Guide the team in building strong rapport with prospective clients.
- Ensure accurate and compelling communication about projects.
- Enhance customer experience through timely follow-ups and seamless coordination for site visits.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Align on conversion strategies and feedback loops to improve lead quality.
- Track, analyze, and present key performance metrics such as lead conversion rates, call efficiency, and site visit ratios.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, communication skills, and CRM usage.
- Upskill the team on handling objections, negotiation basics, and customer engagement techniques.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 4+ years in a managerial role leading pre-sales or inside sales teams.
- Prior experience in real estate pre-sales or a similar high-involvement sales environment is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, lead management, MIS reporting, and sales funnels.
