What is this role about
BrightCHAMPS is looking for a Pre-Sales T eam Lead to lead and manage a high-performing pre-sales team focused on engaging prospective parents, qualifying leads, and driving quality funnel conversion. This role is ideal for someone with strong team-handling ability, EdT ech pre-sales experience, and a proven track record in lead conversion, objection handling, and team performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of pre-sales associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Monitor lead flow, follow-ups, and qualification quality to ensure a strong sales pipeline.
- Guide the team in engaging with prospective parents/students, understanding learning needs, and positioning BrightCHAMPS programs effectively.
- Drive improvements in connection rates, booking rates, show-up rates, and conversion support metrics in the pre-sales funnel.
- Coach team members on pitch quality, communication, objection handling, and consultative selling techniques.
- Track individual and team performance metrics through CRM and reports, and take corrective action where needed.
- Collaborate closely with sales, training, and operations teams to improve lead quality and customer experience.
- Ensure process adherence, discipline, and consistent execution in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of overall experience in pre-sales / inside sales, with experience in the EdT ech industry being mandatory.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in team handling or team lead capacity.
- Strong communication, people management, and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in a high-energy, revenue-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of lead qualification, parent/student counseling support, and funnel management in EdT ech.
- Good working knowledge of CRM tools, performance tracking, and reporting.
