About the Role :

We are looking for passionate and results-driven Inbound Associate (Pre-Sales) to guide students in fulfilling their international education aspirations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a genuine interest in helping students make informed academic decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Engage with students to understand their academic and career goals, and guide them on suitable Study Abroad options.
  • Assist students throughout the application journey—university shortlisting, documentation, application submission, and visa guidance.
  • Provide detailed information on universities, programs, scholarships, and financial planning.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with students to ensure smooth progression through the counselling and application process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize lead conversion and drive enrolments.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and conversions on CRM platforms.
