What You Will Do

Customer Centricity & Soft Skills

  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and leadership.
  • Ask insightful, context-aware questions to uncover client needs and tailor solutions.
  • Collaborate efficiently using digital tools such as MS Teams, OneDrive, etc.
  • Present confidently to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Negotiate scopes, timelines, and estimates tactfully with clients and internal teams.

Agility & Responsiveness

  • Drive fast kickoffs and bid planning with minimal ramp-up time.
  • Proactively follow up on actions, identify risks early, and communicate transparently.
  • Add value with unprompted initiatives such as mock-ups, win themes, or executive summaries.

Responsibility & Deliverable Quality

  • Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of grammar, structure, and clarity.
  • Use customized templates and formats for proposals and other presales documents.
  • Maintain aesthetics and consistency across all documentation.
  • Guarantee completeness, correctness, and alignment with internal processes.

Intelligence & Value Addition

  • Conduct thorough client and industry research to tailor proposals.
  • Identify and articulate unstated pain points.
  • Craft compelling executive summaries that resonate with client objectives.
  • Validate proposed solutions, estimates, and pricing through internal coordination.

Global Leverage

  • Integrate relevant case studies and success stories to strengthen proposals.
  • Reuse and repurpose best practices and reusable presales assets.
  • Liaise with HR, Legal, and InfoSec teams to align on compliance, security, and operational readiness.

Must-Have Skills

  • Solid understanding of presales processes in the IT industry (software services, digital transformation, analytics).
  • Foundational knowledge of Business Analytics, AI/ML concepts, and solution structuring.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and intellectual capability (IQ) to handle complex and nuanced client conversations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and team collaboration skills.
