2.Position : Sr executive:

Department : Pre sales

Salary : Best in the Industry

Languages : Must know Marathi, Hindi, and English

Experience : 4 years+

Experience in Real Estate or Financial services sectors is highly desirable.

Location : Songbirds, Bhugaon, Bavdhan, Pune, Maharashtra.

3.Position : Pre Sales Head – FEMALE:

DOJ : Immediate

SALARY : Best in the Industry

Location : Songbirds, Bhugaon, Bavdhan, Pune, Maharashtra.

Department : Pre-Sales.

Skills : Team Management, Lead to walk-in conversion, Performance Monitoring, Client Engagement, Monitoring content & call quality, Collaboration, MIS reviews

Qualification : Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

Exp Range : 4-5 years of experience in a leadership role in real estate/financial services pre-sales or tele-calling.

Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets

Knowledge of local real estate market trends is a plus

4. Position Executive Assistant Manager:

Executive Assistant Manager- Reports to Director

Maintain Director Calendar, Schedule meetings, Travel arrangements etc.

Prepare Agendas, Meeting minutes, Action plans, Follow up execution

Manage confidential records, related to real estate transactions, Property management

Bachelor Degree in Business administration

Prior experience in the same field.

Atleast 2 yrs + only with related to secretarial functions
