Key Responsibilities

• Qualify and engage prospective customers
• Understand customer requirements and schedule site visits
• Follow up through calls and WhatsApp
• Maintain CRM updates
• Coordinate with the Sales team
• Re-engage inactive leads
• Achieve site visit targets

Who We're Looking For

• Freshers and professionals (0–3 years)
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-first attitude
• English & Tamil preferred
