Role Description

This is a contract-based Pre-Sales role with the flexibility to work remotely. The Pre-Sales professional will play a critical role in engaging potential clients, identifying their needs, providing solutions, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing client-specific presentations, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders to drive lead engagement and satisfaction.

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and customer requirements
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in Consulting and Presales, with the ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored proposals
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and an aptitude for adopting technology-driven solutions
  • Goal-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry and its market dynamics is a plus
