We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Presales Executive to support our luxury real estate projects. The role involves generating and qualifying leads by understanding customer requirements and ensuring seamless coordination with the sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills and prior experience in handling high-net-worth clients or premium segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads by identifying customer requirements for luxury residential properties.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital inquiries for premium real estate projects.
  • Understand client preferences, budget, and lifestyle requirements and align them with suitable luxury offerings.
  • Provide accurate project information, pricing details, and arrange site visits in coordination with the sales team.
  • Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems.
  • Ensure high standards of customer engagement and service excellence.
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and support conversions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 13 years of experience in presales / customer engagement, preferably in real estate or luxury services.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and polished demeanor.
  • Ability to understand luxury customer expectations and handle premium clientele.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes is an added advantage.
