About the Role
We are looking for a Presales Specialist who will own the top-of-funnel for corporate partnerships at Regenortho Sport. The role is focused on identifying, engaging, and qualifying corporate accounts (HR heads, CHROs, Admin/Facilities heads, CSR teams, and wellness program owners) and setting up qualified meetings for the founder/leadership team to close.
This is a hunting role, not farming. The right person enjoys research, cold outreach, and conversations with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Build and maintain a targeted database of 500+ corporates in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, and Pune (IT parks, manufacturing units, large offices, BPO/KPO firms, sports academies, hotels, and HNI clubs)
- Identify decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and verified company databases
- Map organizational charts of target corporates to identify wellness program owners, HR Business Partners, CHROs, and Admin heads
Outbound Outreach
- Run multi-channel outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and phone
- Personalize pitches based on company size, industry pain points, and existing wellness benefits
- Maintain a daily activity benchmark of 40+ touchpoints (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages)
Discovery & Qualification
- Conduct first-level discovery calls to understand employee health concerns, existing tie-ups, wellness budgets, and decision cycles
- Qualify opportunities using a defined framework (BANT or similar)
- Build a tight handoff document for the founder/leadership team before every sales meeting
Proposal Support
- Prepare presales decks, customized corporate wellness proposals, and ROI calculators
- Coordinate with the medical team to position regenerative orthopedic treatments, sports injury packages, joint health camps, and executive health programs for corporates
- Own RFP/RFI responses for large corporate accounts
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain pipeline hygiene in CRM (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce)
- Weekly reporting on outreach volume, response rates, meetings booked, pipeline value, and conversion ratios
- Monthly review on what's working, what's not, and where to double down
Partnerships & Events
- Identify corporate health fairs, wellness summits, HR conclaves, and sports events for the founder to attend or sponsor
- Pitch onsite injury screening camps, knee/joint health workshops, and posture/ergonomics sessions to corporate HR teams
What You Bring
Must-have
- 2–5 years of B2B presales, inside sales, or corporate sales experience (healthcare, wellness, insurance, or premium services preferred)
- Proven track record of generating qualified meetings with CXO/CHRO/Admin-level decision-makers
- Strong written and verbal English communication; fluency in Telugu and Hindi is a plus
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/Lusha, and at least one CRM
- Comfort with cold calling and cold emailing at scale
Good-to-have
- Prior experience selling to HR, Admin, or corporate wellness verticals
- Exposure to healthcare, sports medicine, orthopedics, physiotherapy, or wellness brands
- Understanding of corporate health insurance, OPD packages, and employee benefits ecosystem
