Presales Consultant Ahmedabad
Motadata is hiring a Presales Consultant for Ahmedabad or candidates willing to relocate. Candidates must have domain/tool knowledge and should have worked with NMS or ITSM solutions such as Motadata, ManageEngine, SolarWinds, WhatsUp Gold, PRTG, Freshworks, ServiceNow, or BMC.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and propose technical solutions
- Conduct discovery calls and requirement gathering
- Deliver product demos and technical presentations
- Prepare solution documents (Solution Architecture, Technical Proposal, SOW, BOM)
- Work on PoC setups as per customer requirements
- Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team
- Coordinate with product and delivery teams
Required Skills
- Experience with NMS/ITSM tools (Motadata, ManageEngine, SolarWinds, PRTG, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Networking, Servers, Applications, Cloud
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Experience in solution documentation and presales activities
- Willingness to travel if required
