Pre-Sales Executive (Appointment Hunting)

What We Need

A pre-sales executive who:

  • hunts appointments
  • keeps pipelines warm
  • drives demos & meetings
  • refuses to let leads die
  • doesn't wait for leads to magically convert

Your primary metric is appointments booked, not calls made.

What You Will Do
  • Call prospects daily to unlock new conversations.
  • Push for meetings, demos, discovery calls & callbacks.
  • Follow up relentlessly SMS, WhatsApp, email, re-dial without being annoying or sloppy.
  • Identify buying intent and urgency.
  • Qualify the right accounts, bypass gatekeepers & get to decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate logs (not for HR for pipeline velocity).
  • Keep pressure on slow leads until they move or die.
  • Support sales pipeline momentum for IMPACCT + other business units.

If you're shy about following up, this will not work.

What Success Looks Like

Not:

I did 60 calls today.

People said they'll revert.

Data updated.

Success is:

Meetings scheduled

Demos booked

Decision-makers unlocked

Pipeline pushed forward
