What We NeedA pre-sales executive who:
- hunts appointments
- keeps pipelines warm
- drives demos & meetings
- refuses to let leads die
- doesn't wait for leads to magically convert
Your primary metric is appointments booked, not calls made.
What You Will Do
- Call prospects daily to unlock new conversations.
- Push for meetings, demos, discovery calls & callbacks.
- Follow up relentlessly SMS, WhatsApp, email, re-dial without being annoying or sloppy.
- Identify buying intent and urgency.
- Qualify the right accounts, bypass gatekeepers & get to decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate logs (not for HR for pipeline velocity).
- Keep pressure on slow leads until they move or die.
- Support sales pipeline momentum for IMPACCT + other business units.
If you're shy about following up, this will not work.
What Success Looks LikeNot:
I did 60 calls today.
People said they'll revert.
Data updated.
Success is:
Meetings scheduled
Demos booked
Decision-makers unlocked
