Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Outbound Telesales Executive to lead high-quality B2B customer acquisition for a large UK-based telecommunications company. This role requires strong consultative selling skills, the ability to handle complex sales conversations, and consistent delivery against revenue and lead-generation targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound B2B sales calls to UK-based businesses
- Drive end-to-end sales conversations, from prospecting to closing or qualified handover
- Promote UK telecom products and solutions in line with client strategy
- Engage with decision-makers (Directors, IT Managers, Business Owners)
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales, revenue, and conversion targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records, call notes, and pipeline updates
- Ensure compliance with UK regulations, data protection, and call quality standards
- Provide guidance and on-the-job support to junior telesales executives
- Share market feedback and insights with management and the client
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English with strong business communication skills
- Proven track record in outbound B2B telesales (UK market exposure preferred)
- Strong consultative selling, objection handling, and negotiation skills
- Ability to close deals or generate high-quality, sales-ready leads
- Comfortable working in UK shift timings (2:30 PM 11:30 PM IST)
- Strong CRM usage and reporting discipline
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling telecom, broadband, VoIP, leased lines, or IT services
- Understanding of UK business buying behavior and compliance norms
- Prior experience mentoring or supporting telesales teams
