Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Presales Specialist role located in Noida. The Presales Specialist will work directly with clients to understand their needs, consult on solutions, and design proposals tailored to meet client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer requirements, demonstrating product capabilities, preparing detailed proposals, coordinating with sales teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the presales process.

• Understand customer requirements and project specifications.
• Design and recommend suitable professional audio and AV conference.
• Prepare technical proposals and project documentation.
• Coordinate with sales teams, OEMs, and distributors for product selection and technical support.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers.
• Assist the sales team during project bidding and tender submissions.
• Support project planning by providing technical inputs and system recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and products in the professional audio and AV industry.

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electronics, Audio Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Sales, System Design, or AV Integration.
• Good understanding of professional audio systems, microphones, DSPs, loudspeakers, conference systems, and AV technologies.
• Ability to read technical specifications and prepare solution-based proposals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
