Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Pre-Sales Executive who will be responsible for handling inquiries, counselling students/parents, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming leads via calls, WhatsApp, website, and walk-ins
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, curriculum, and career paths
- Explain course structure, fees, and benefits effectively
- Follow up with potential leads and maintain conversion pipeline
- Coordinate with academic team for scheduling demos/trial classes
- Maintain CRM data and track lead status regularly
- Assist in planning and executing admission campaigns and scholarship tests
- Build strong relationships with parents and students
Requirements- Graduate in any field (Education background preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales / counselling / education industry
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with phone calls, WhatsApp communication, and follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
- Passion for education and student success
Preferred Skills- Experience in EdTech or Coaching Institutes
- Ability to handle objections and close admissions
- Multilingual (English + Hindi preferred)
