Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong Presales Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between our product capabilities and customer needs. In this role, you will partner closely with the sales team to understand client requirements, design tailored solutions, and demonstrate how our offerings solve real business problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and provide technical guidance during the sales cycle
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof of concepts (POCs)
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed technical proposals
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by explaining product capabilities, integrations, and implementation approaches
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and feature requests
- Support deal closures by addressing technical objections and ensuring solution fit
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in presales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting
- Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, and system integrations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Hands-on experience with POCs, demos, and customer-facing technical discussions
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
Good to Have
- Experience in SaaS, AI/ML, or data platforms
- Familiarity with GenAI or modern data stack tools
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
