Roles and responsibilities:

• Identify customer requirements and architect solutions and provide high quality responses to RFPs / RFIs as part of bid management process.
• Interfacing with various functional groups to obtain information required for proposals, compile and review to ensure consistency and completeness.
• Mapping of relevant sections requested in a Bid/RFP with different groups for support.
• Liaising with multiple functional teams /groups to align with customer's requirements and help create a winning response.
• Responsible to support the sales teams in workshops and client presentations with effective co-ordination from multiple functional teams in the organization.
• Interacting with supplier/ vendors for new products / services offerings.
• Responsible for management of the repository and ensuring that all the documentation has been done and submitted in the repository for future use

• Network Architecture – Understanding of Networks, Internet, MPLS, VPN, Cloud Connectivity
• Contact Centre Technology & Infrastructure – Omnichannel Solutions, Voice, IVR, Chat, BOTs

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems, or related discipline
