Presales Solution Architect – MS Dynamics 365

About the Role

R Systems International is seeking a strategic and visionary Presales Solution Architect to join our Noida team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary bridge between complex business challenges and cutting-edge Microsoft Dynamics technology. You will lead the solution design process, conducting deep-dive discovery workshops and crafting compelling narratives for transformational projects. Your goal is to empower prospective clients by demonstrating how Dynamics 365 (CRM, F&O, and BC) can drive measurable business value, operational efficiency, and long-term scalability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end presales lifecycle, from initial client discovery and requirements gathering to final executive-level presentations.
  • Design comprehensive, integrated solution architectures leveraging the full Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure ecosystem.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, recommending the optimal Dynamics platform (F&O vs. BC) based on organizational complexity, industry requirements, and budget.
  • Develop and present complex technical demonstrations, ensuring high-level concepts are translated into clear business outcomes and ROI for C-suite stakeholders.
  • Provide expertise on Dynamics 365 licensing models and cost-optimization strategies, assisting clients in transitioning from legacy systems (NAV/AX) to the cloud.
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from the proposal phase to project kick-off.

Required Qualifications

  • 12–18 years of total experience in Microsoft Dynamics consulting.
  • At least 4 years specifically focused on Presales, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Solution Consulting.
  • Deep functional and technical knowledge across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Finance & Operations (F&O), and Business Central (BC).
  • Profound proficiency in the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps for extensions, Power Automate for workflows, and Power BI for data visualization.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing integrations using Azure services, APIs, and OData.
  • Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 Licensing Guide and migration strategies for legacy platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level decision-makers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certifications (e.g., PL-200, MB-600, or MB-700).
  • Experience in specific industry verticals such as Manufacturing, Retail, or Professional Services.
  • Knowledge of complementary AI technologies within the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Copilot).
  • A history of contributing to thought leadership, such as white papers or industry webinars.

Experience Level

12+ Years of Expertise As a strategic lead with over a decade of experience, you are expected to operate with high autonomy. You should have a proven track record of managing high-value, complex ERP transformations. Your role is not just to answer technical questions but to guide the client's strategic roadmap, mitigating risk and ensuring the architectural integrity of the proposed solution.
