Presales Solutions Architect

As a Presales Solution Architect, you will collaborate with our sales team to provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. You will play a crucial role in understanding customer requirements, presenting our solutions, and demonstrating the value of our products. Kanerika's primary focus area is on providing Data & AI products and solutions. So, having a solid understanding of technologies and solutions in this space is mandatory.

Requirements

As a Solution Architect you are expected to have all the skills below:

• Architecture & Design: Develop high-level architecture designs for scalable, secure, and robust solutions, especially in the areas of data engineering, data analytics, BI platforms, Data Governance, AI-ML, LLM, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Technology Evaluation: Select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms for business needs. These will include selecting the right technology for Data & AI solutions through a thorough evaluation including key features, functional coverage, commercial aspects, and total cost of ownership (TCO) standpoints.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Design cloud-native, hybrid, or on-premises solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Integration: Ensure seamless integration between various enterprise applications, APIs, and third-party services.

• Providing intelligence to the bid team - Client's industry, client (general info and their preferences for engagement model, development methodology), competition, build vs buy research (if applicable), tentative budget, etc.
• Understanding customer's deeper pain area/s (generally not specified in the solicitation documents) with research and intelligent queries
• Baking win themes in all sections of the deliverable/s and strong messaging in the executive summary.
• Solution & estimation validation - Ability to guide and challenge the solution & the estimates
• Relevance & quality of case studies - Including all relevant success stories,
• Effective use of support groups - Talent management, Information Security, Legal, HR, etc.
